Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quizzboard. By using Quizzboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Quizzboard Provides

Quizzboard is a study tool that lets users build, import, edit, take, save, share, and remix multiple-choice quizzes. Quizzes may be manually created, generated with third-party artificial-intelligence tools, or submitted by other users.

Accounts

Some features require a Google-authenticated account, including synchronized progress and drafts, editing or remixing public quizzes, and publishing to the Quiz Library. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining control of your Google account and devices.

Educational Use and Accuracy

Quizzboard is provided for study and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for official course materials, instructor guidance, professional training, or qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Questions, answers, explanations, scores, and AI-generated or user-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying important information against authoritative sources before relying on it.

Your Content

You retain ownership of original content you create. You grant Quizzboard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute content as needed to operate the service.

When you publish a quiz to the Quiz Library, you make it publicly accessible and permit other users to view, take, copy, download, share, and create remixed versions of it through Quizzboard. Removing a quiz may not remove copies previously downloaded or remixed by others.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you upload or publish.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Quizzboard to:

• Upload or publish protected health information, private identifying information, confidential records, or other sensitive personal data.
• Share copyrighted lecture slides, textbooks, exam questions, question banks, or other materials unless you have permission or a lawful basis to do so.
• Publish stolen, leaked, confidential, or institutionally restricted exam content.
• Harass, impersonate, defraud, threaten, or harm others.
• Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, scrape abusively, or interfere with operation of the service.
• Misrepresent quiz authorship, manipulate analytics, or use automated systems to create abusive traffic.
• Use Quizzboard in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Moderation

We may review, edit, unpublish, reassign, restrict, or remove quizzes, accounts, reports, or other content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates risk, infringes rights, is inaccurate or harmful, or disrupts the service. We are not obligated to monitor every submission.

Third-Party Services

Quizzboard relies on third-party services, including Cloudflare and Google Identity Services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Quizzboard is not responsible for third-party services, AI chats, external links, or content outside our control.

Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device. Keep independent copies of important quizzes and study materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizzboard is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Apps and the operators of Quizzboard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, academic outcomes, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use Quizzboard.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of Quizzboard, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

Termination

You may stop using Quizzboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms.
