    CASE REVIEW

    Case library and review standards

    Loading case provenance…

    1. DatasetEach tracing is a deidentified PTB-XL record distributed under CC BY 4.0. The learner-facing case stores its source record ID.
    2. InclusionA case is included only when the target PTB-XL statement has 100% diagnostic confidence, is marked human-validated, and has no competing positive diagnostic statement in the selected expansion set.
    3. WaveformThe original low-resolution waveform is rendered deterministically at 25 mm/s and 10 mm/mV. SHA-256 checksums tie the image to the exact header and signal files.
    4. Answer keyThe diagnosis, accepted synonyms, measurement key, source citation, and teaching notes are stored with the case. Browser and server keys are checked against each other before publication.
    5. ReleaseDataset validation does not replace independent clinical review. Cases remain prototype-only until Quizboard clinical sign-off is complete.
    6. DisputesLearners can flag a case from the answer review. A disputed tracing can be quarantined immediately from the admin panel while it is rechecked.

A source label can still be wrong. Do not use this tool for clinical decision-making.
